Zen is not a religion–it’s a lifestyle.

Lifestyles are important to college students; there are just so many to choose from. Nerd, literary junky, jock, sorority girl, frat guy, over-achiever, slacker, partier: Take your pick. The one thing these lifestyles have in common? Stress.

That’s where I come in. I’m an overall, way-too-busy person–and a Zen buddhist. Way too many people have asked me about my religious experiences with Buddhism, and they’re shocked to hear my answer: I don’t have any.

Zen, to me, is something to incorporate into your lifestyle, whatever you choose to be. And I want to share the things I have and love in my day-to-day life. Don’t worry: There will be no religious spam on this site. Only thought-provoking, life-brightening, and sometimes hilarious tips to help you chill out and enjoy yourself, your space, and your day.
